To confirm your reservation, you must fill out the online booking form and receive confirmation from the hotel. The booking is considered guaranteed after confirmation by Velnora Hotel.
Cancellation of the reservation is possible free of charge at the time specified in the terms of the selected tariff. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the cost of the first night's stay or the full amount of the reservation, depending on the fare conditions.
Changes to the dates of stay or room category are possible subject to availability and may result in a recalculation of the cost.
